Investing in Leaders
Our approach
learn english.
The English language is crucial to studying and working in Korea. By providing “One on One” tutoring sessions tailored to individual needs by native speaking teachers, students are able to compete and further their academic and professional careers.
gainRSHIP.
Leadership on the global stage is crucial to overcome the systematic challenges for North Koreans. Through workshops, seminars, retreats, vision trips abroad and volunteering, students are able to develop leadership skills necessary to make them competitive in society.
conductmin
The most important ministry of the ELM vision is community building. It is very important to form a community for ELM students who come to Korea. Our ultimate goal is for ELM students to live by practicing Christian values in the world through community formation.
“The ‘ELM’ tree is native to the Northern part of the Korean Peninsula and is one of the strongest trees. It's bark is used for many tools. They uproot and grow well in multiple types of soil as long as they are given the proper amounts of water, sunlight, and shade…likewise, humans, when given the right tools, are also adaptable and flourish in a variety of different lands..”
